Our partnerships in the Piedmont region began 40 years ago with a tarragon producer. Gradually, the producer turned to the cultivation of other plants such as Roman chamomile and peppermint. Over time, the partnership has expanded to include other families. Our partnership is framed by multi-year contracts defining the volumes and quality of the essential oil, as well as a fair price policy (guaranteed floor price defined on the basis of production costs, protection of producers in case of crisis). Our agreements provide for support to producers in the development of their activity, from cultivation of the fields to distillation. We encourage the sharing of knowledge and the transmission of know-how through the organization of inter-producer meetings.
PRESERVATION OF NATURE
The respect and preservation of the environment are at the heart of our partners’ agricultural practices. There is no use of herbicides or pesticides, agronomic tests are carried out to eliminate fertilizers, and the biomass from the distillations is reused to enrich the soil. The plant is powered by solar panels and water waste is reduced (hot water recovered from the condenser is used in the tank)

The supply chain is fully traceable, from the raw material to the cultivation plots.
