In 2020, Givaudan completed the acquisition of the American Ungerer & Company. Founded more than 125 years ago, this leading independent company in the flavor and fragrance specialty ingredients business, most notably in essential oils, provides a rich palette of predominantly natural ingredients.
Today, IES Ingredients is delighted to acquire the distribution of Ungerer & Company ingredients in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
